I'm a student, so I don't have nearly as much time for leisure reading as I'd like. If I manage to read an entire course book instead of just the assigned chapters, I'll review that here, too.
Lady Susan
Lady Susan started off funny and clever and then went to some dark places. It felt like a novella that should have ended in a murder and an investigation, and I rather feel it might have, had it been written 80 years later. The character studies, as can be expected, are acute and still recognisable. It was too brilliantly written for three stars, but felt too hurried towards the end to justify five.
